Mesothelioma Awareness Day is September 26th and this year we hope you become involved! We will continue expanding our radio campaign, which was a huge success last year, and we are encouraging people to get Mesothelioma Awareness Day recognized as an official day in their city, state and the nation. MAKING MESOTHELIOMA AWARENESS DAY AN OFFICIAL DAY IN YOUR CITY, STATE AND THE NATION You can help raise awareness by getting Mesothelioma Awareness Day made official in your city, state and the nation. Just contact your local government to declare September 26th as Meso Awareness Day. MATERIALS NEEDED TO HAVE YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT DECLARE SEPT. 26TH AS MESOTHELIOMA AWARENESS DAY: 1. Instructions including the “resolution” text to be used in the proclamation 2. You will need to follow-up with the office per your request to ensure they are going to declare Mesothelioma Awareness Day. 3. Contact your local media about the proclamation and ask that they announce Meso Awareness Day to the public 4. Present your Proclamation to other communities to help spread the word

“Let’s Rock” Meso Awareness Day - RADIO CAMPAIGN Mesothelioma Awareness Day is September 26th! We need your help to get the word out. Please join our radio campaign designed to bring awareness to mesothelioma. Between now and September 26th you can help contact radio stations and get as many of them to play Warren Zevon’s music followed by a 20 second bumper about mesothelioma.
